Great Dentist and staff!
I am not a patient of Dr. Kern's office, but I did recently have the pleasure of filling in as an assistant while one of Dr. Kern's regular assistants was out for the day. In my five years as a dental assistant, often temping from office to office, I have seen and actively worked in about 30 dental offices. Dr. Kern is a consummate professional. I have had nothing but positive experiences going to him with my dental needs. He is not only highly competent but also genuinely personable--two qualities I especially value in any medical professional to whom I entrust myself. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Kern is wonderful!! I walked in with a fear of dentist and left so confident he could get my teeth fixed!! He is kind and professional. The epidimy of what a small town dentist is!! Office staff is great and got me in same day for a painful tooth!! The tooth extraction was very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kern to anyone
Dr. Kern relies too much on his reputation. His admins are snobby and purposely mixed up my insurance claim causing delay in reimbursement. Assistants are Ok. His work is fine but prices are 1.5-2x higher than other dentists and he is not in our insurance network. Just don't think his skills are worth that much more.
