Im 32 years old and never owned a pair of glasses before. Ashley was awesome in helping me choose a pair and actually made it fun. I got a pair of prescription sunglases and the Columbia frames. Im super happy with my purchase! I recommend their services.
the wrong prescription went back the doctor entered it wrong in the computer then back again got totally different prescription in the first time. Ordered glasses it took four times to get the right pair they kept ordering the wrong prescription. Told me they take my insurance and then afterwards they're said no we don't accept it and I had to pay the full amount. 4 mths from start to finish, seen two different doctors.
Rachel and Ashley were the absolute best! Got me right in and helped me with everything I needed! They always make my visits so great!
