I wanted to give a heads up to other families who are on TriCare Prime because everything I've read on our policy states that an annual eye exam is covered and there's no copay. We have TriCare Prime and I checked with the office on base, the TriCare website and I made sure the office took TriCare. All of the information that we found stated that we are entitled to an annual appointment that is totally covered. It had been 6 years since I had seen an eye dr. They did a very thorough exam went over all the results with me. Great friendly staff.

Dr. Hardy did a follow-up appointment on my cataract surgery the previous day. She was able to reassure me about the continued blurring of my vision and wrote a prescription for eyedrops to help address the problem. She furthermore booked another appointment for me five days in the future to again check on my progress. As usual, her exam was thorough, and she took time to answer all of my questions.
