I had to call and reschedule an appointment the day of because I had some plumbing issues at home. While dealing with the chaos I completely forgot about the appointment until my calendar alerted me. I called, the ladies not only helped me reschedule but gave a lot of empathy for my situation and reassured that everything was okay to reschedule later in the week.
