Very thorough. Listened to me with all my info and questions.
Dr Jefferies literally saved my life. In addition to his skills as a surgeon he is a kind and compassionate person. I will never choose another Dr for any procedure that falls in his purview.
Very polite and made sure all the information of what exactly the problem was and exactly what options you had. Also made sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly have been.
You all did a wonderful job, hardly any pain. Thank you so much, I can sleep on my back now.
