I have been trying to make an appointment for the last month this place and they never answer their phone I don't understand why All Care would have referred me to this place if they're not even willing to let me see a doctor I have tried to call and talk to you about the problems that I'm having but nobody ever answers the phone there. My son is a new patient of this place, and they are telling him that he can not get an appointment for 4 more months.Has anybody else had this problem? I mean, he needs to see a Doctor immediately.He cannot wait 4 months.So I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem. We filled out the paperwork and faxed it in but they're saying that there's a bunch more and he still can't be seen . Doreen Gordon is great. Nowadays it’s nerve-racking going to a doctor with a problem that’s not showing obvious signs of something life threatening. They’ll write you off. Tell you it’s most likely nothing, to drink water, eat healthy, take an over the counter medication you’ve probably already thought of on our own. Dr Gordon humored me, listened to my concerns and she ordered tests/possible procedure(if warranted)to get to the ultimate cause of my Symptoms. It’s a struggle to get information from here, the medical assistant for Doreen Gordon is a problem. I’ve been hung up on by her, lied to and treated unfairly. I always have to call multiple times before getting the information I need, and the medical assistant makes you feel like your burdening her by asking questions and making requests to speak to the NP. I’ll be changing providers because of this.
