Doreen Gordon is great. Nowadays it’s nerve-racking going to a doctor with a problem that’s not showing obvious signs of something life threatening. They’ll write you off. Tell you it’s most likely nothing, to drink water, eat healthy, take an over the counter medication you’ve probably already thought of on our own. It’s a struggle to get information from here, the medical assistant for Doreen Gordon is a problem. I’ve been hung up on by her, lied to and treated unfairly. I always have to call multiple times before getting the information I need, and the medical assistant makes you feel like your burdening her by asking questions and making requests to speak to the NP. I’ll be changing providers because of this.

Never got a call regarding results of a CT scan ordered by Tanya last summer. I called 4 times over 5 months for results. No one got back to me. Finally called again & was told the diagnosis. No follow up, no nothing. I came here for medical care and was treated like crap. Will never go back!
