I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Ingram to have an infected cyst removed from my shoulder. He entered the exam room with a very arrogant manner, not even introducing himself, acting as if I was wasting his time. He told me he couldn't remove it but he could drain it. After a few questions which also seemed to annoy him, I agreed to the procedure. I was referred by my pcp for possible lymp node removel. I understood what he said about why removel wouldn't be in my best interest. But his bedside manner was cold and unconcerned. By far the worst experience I've encountered with any Ochsner/ Slidell Doctors since I've been a patient. He cares less about your issue and more about his ego. He is arrogant and cold... P.S. Honest review.
I came for a consultation on hernia surgery and all he talked about was my weight. He was incredibly cold and short answering my questions. He looked at me like I was stupid when I was telling him how much pain this causes me. Such a jerk! I’m getting my surgery from a different doctor who actually cares. Two BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN FOR KYLE
He is by far one of the most caring doctors who takes the time to listen to your concerns. He allows you to be part of the process! Awesome! Will trust him with my surgery for sure!
