Questionable administrative practices....he said I needed a second appointment to get Rx filled (after it was already recommended) per insurance requirements, however when I called my insurance company, they said the second appointment was NOT necessary. The Dr still required me to come back in... money grab. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere.
I came here for a second opinion, in network after paying out of pocket for a different Dr and then going to someone in network. I’m physically relieved from pain finally and glad I did come here. This is the first time in a year my foot is relieved from throbbing pain . The entire office staff was welcoming upon my arrival as a new patient and the Dr. actually cares while being down to earth. nothing was pushy and they help! I look forward to my upcoming appointments and care with this physician.
Dr. Haverstrom and his office staff are professional, pleasant, and pretty cool. I walked in the office smiling and I left smiling too. I am happy with the results of my visits here.
Doctor Haverstrom performed 2 surgeries on 1 foot bunion. Now 1, 5 years after last surgery I am still limping, big toe is numb and foot swollen . I would nor recommend him foe bunion removal..
