This has hands down been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Every time you call a GEICO office, it’s only for sales—they’re completely worthless for anything else. They just send you to the 1-800 number, which redirects you to whatever department you need. The people working for GEICO have no understanding of how vehicles or finances work.
