Made an appointment for Sunday between 3-5pm for a clothes washer repair. Only available slot he had (this was after waiting 4 days for him to get his schedule worked out). Turns out it's during the Eagles game. Guess what? Kyle never calls or shows up. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. All it would take was a two minute phone call. Never heard from him again. WOW. What a jerk. Called him for help -- looking to give him my business -- and the guy starts mouthing off to me. Only call this dude if you're looking to get belittled and heckled for no apparent reason.

This company is, without a doubt, one of the most prompt and professional for appliance repair. As a customer who has had negative experiences with other firms, I know good service when I see it. Kyle Freed showed up at my home within two hours and diagnosed and repaired my Whirlpool Duet dryer within one hour. He will be my "go to" repairman in the future!!
