Two starts because one is easier to remove - Agent gets defensive and deflects fault when questioned about changes to policy not made when requested by policy holder. Takes several calls to get a call back. Overall very frustrating because she makes excuses to not make changes that will decrease/remove vehicles covered. Even questions why I have 3 vehicles in my policy. 1- I can 2-they are mine 3- business and pleasure and family . What does it matter I’m paying for them.
