All of my encounters with Kyle Dempsey and his staff have been excellent. They are competent, capable and helpful!
My customer service experience with Kyle Dempsey State Farm office has been extremely pleasant, particularly with Mary (awesome customer service and follow-up).
Everyone at this office are always very helpful and kind.
We spoke with Mary today minutes before they closed. Not only did she stay on the phone after closing hours, she stayed after she was supposed to be on her way home. She called us back 15 minutes after the original call, still working away to rectify an issue of our insurance being more than it should have been. She rectified the issue for us. Mary is so awesome to work with. Thank you for your help and staying after work to help.
