We originally left a positive review because our early experience with Kyle Custom Building was good. We had an architect-designed home and, after finding the company through its website, were contacted by Chris Smith. We had an architect designed home and needed to find a builder. We contacted Kyle Custom Building relying only on the website. We were contacted by Chris Smith who then took us through the process and after many phone calls and emails we felt confident to sign the Contract. We found him to be extremely patient, understanding and reasonably quick to respond to our questions. Chris and Pete were such a pleasure to deal with; the quoting process and helping us to identify value management options was so highly appreciated. Unfortunately, due to timing challenges we were unable proceed with the quote and contract; but if this were not the case I would not hesitate to engage them again.
