We had an architect designed home and needed to find a builder. We contacted Kyle Custom Building relying only on the website. We were contacted by Chris Smith who then took us through the process and after many phone calls and emails we felt confident to sign the Contract. We found him to be extremely patient, understanding and reasonably quick to respond to our questions. The team at Kyle Custom Building did a fantastic job at out place in Korumburra. The team was extremely professional and set high standards for all finishes.
Chris and Pete were such a pleasure to deal with; the quoting process and helping us to identify value management options was so highly appreciated. Unfortunately, due to timing challenges we were unable proceed with the quote and contract; but if this were not the case I would not hesitate to engage them again.

Kyle Custom Building was the builder of choice for our new home. The whole experience, from our first meeting to the handover, was an excellent experience. Pete is very trustworthy and his team of trades have given us a beautiful home which is absolutely perfect in every way. He was not satisfied unless we were and the quality is of the highest level.
