Upon returning hearing aids that were not compatible with hearing loss, he was not the same person that sold the hearing aids. Nasty remark about wasting his time. Never, never recommend him.
Very cooperative and thorough hearing study by Kyle in response to USCG Medical request. Appreciated Kyles's attention to detail and explanation of the various tests.
Kyle Conrad is amazing! I’ve only been to him a few times here and there, but he provided excellent care. He was very attentive to questions and concerns and provided information that was difficult to obtain from other people I’ve seen in the past.
