Working with Kyle on a land acquisition was fantastic! Land has some more due diligence required than just buying a house like confirming some items with the county, the water management district, environmental and soil testing, etc. Kyle was really helpful navigating this and the electronic closing could not have been easier. Kyle will work hard for you and we will use him again in the near future for a commercial transaction as well.

Kyle is a low key and extremely personable individual who inspires trust with his knowledge and professionalism in the real estate market. His approach to listings and sales is to present the seller or buyer with the most up to date information on the local market. Never is there any pressure; always keeping you informed on inquiries and feedback on your property while listening to your concerns and questions. We feel we made a friend during our short time with Kyle.

I had a great experience working with Kyle. I was looking to purchase a dock for a new boat. I could not find many available online but Kyle’s approach was to talk to the dock masters at the private marina’s to find out who may be interested in selling even if they aren’t listed and then approach those owners to gauge their actually interest. He found many potential sellers for me at multiple marinas and I ultimately found an unlisted slip at Soverel Marina that I will be very happy with.
