Quality company, beautiful deck (The George Family). We hired KBI in November of 2018 to replace our 25 year old wooden deck (at Oakland Township). We had many builders in and out for bids, they either were no show or simply not up to the task. Kyle builders are probably the most communicating company that I have met in Michigan. Do not hire this company! We had our $50,000 brick deck completed in August of 2012 and now bricks are falling from the top and almost injured my daughter! I called Kyle Builders and spoke with Jeff, as this is a HUGE SAFETY ISSUE and I got: "We are sorry but your deck is out of warranty and we only guarantee our work for one year." you will pay thousands and it will fall apart a few years later, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!
