Came for the workout, stayed for the community! The KBP coaches know their stuff - and they deliver well researched workouts in a friendly and motivating environment. They are professional, attentive, and excellent at adapting exercises for all fitness levels and ages; from athletes aiming to reach full potential to adults simply looking to build their strength & functional fitness in order to keep doing necessary -as well as fun- activities in life. I’ve been training with Erik since they opened. It’s the best thing I do for myself. I highly recommend KBP.
Called to inquire, got the rundown. Informed them of my very tight schedule as I know it's not easy to accommodate. They told me it's not an issue, I also informed them I do not want group sessions. Personal 1 on 1 training. Again, not an issue. So I paid for the intake, did the intake, then was told they will build a program and get back to me. 3 weeks later I had to call and leave a vm, at which point they told me they can't take me on as they don't have a trainer but I can do group training.
