Kyle was excellent with helping us navigate getting a loan before we were able to sell our current home. He was always available when we had questions or needed help. He walked us through the process and always called us ahead of time to explain the next step. If we hit a road block, he was there to figure out a solution. We highly recommend Kyle. Three of our family members have now used him as their loan officer.

Kyle B at Flat Branch is second to none. He walks through everything, puts videos together to explain what he has done and how he did it which makes it easy for folks to understand who don’t do this for a living. He spends extra time making sure that the process is as easy as possible on the individual he works with. He is flexible as well, which helps when busy! This was a smooth refinance and I will call Kyle again in the future when needed!
