Would not recommend, I suspect one of their employees is a thief. I strongly suspect (with corroborating evidence) that an employee from this company stole goods from me while conducting a recent delivery. The internal investigation conducted by management was cursory at best and the response so unsatisfactory that I have had to report the suspected theft to the police.

Just want to thank you for the two young men you sent to remove and deliver our furniture. Very impressed by the attention to detail these two young men took to make sure every piece of our furniture was well protected during the move. I can tell you now if these two guys were qualified to work in the Security Industry, I would have tried very hard to poach both to work for me. If I could 0 stars, I would. Being in the military I have moved ALOT,and these people are by far the worst, I’d rather go with the guys that were so useless I had to pack the truck myself. Damages to our belongings in excess of $6000 including collectibles and items that can’t be replaced, if you’re going to be in this kind of business learn to have some respect for peoples belongings. The team from Kyle Bay Removals moved us out of our property yesterday and they provided excellent service. Right from Lorne quoting, Khrysta liaising and the team moving us out of our property, they helped make a stressful experience so much easier to deal with.
