I saw 2 general surgeons after my Dr. told me I had a hernia. Both surgeons confirmed this and said they would be happy to do the surgery. I didn’t feel I had a hernia so I requested to see Dr. Potts. After a physical examination and a look at my CT he told me I do not have a hernia and I needed physical therapy because I had inguinal tendinitis that was causing my pain. Oh my goodness! I’ve never felt so cared for, so heard! Doctor Potts is absolutely amazing and I trusted him whole heartedly right from the bat. His front office girls are AMAZING as well! So sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend this office!
Dr Potts and his office staff are very professional, they helped me get through the breast cancer surgery. I am very satisfied with the cancer spot removal and the subsequent breast lifts.
Although I’ve heard nothing but positive words about Dr. Potts, I did not have a good experience with one of his receptionist. She was very rude, because my insurance card was digital. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, so I just left. The way you speak to someone is very telling. She was snapping, and her facial expressions said a lot!
