Colton was very thorough. He went over all observations and recommendations as he completed his inspection. Very helpful when becoming familiar with a newly purchased home. Great inspection report at the end of it all- pictures included as well. Thanks Colton- will recommend you to anyone I know looking for home inspector.

They came in and did a fantastic job. Looked at all the areas that I didn't even think needed to be looked at. Very polite and willing to answer any questions I had..
