Colton was very thorough and explained everything well including giving us useful advice. He was very personable and provided an excellent report!
Colton came to the house we were looking to buy and walked us through how all the systems worked, how old everything is and what we should focus on fixing / replacing, including taking pictures. He then sent us a very detailed "manual" on how to maintain the property and what to look for. It was great working with him and I would recommend his home inspection services.
