Colton was very knowledgeable and did not rush through the inspection. Explained what he was looking for in each room and answered all our questions. He also gave us suggestions on what we should improve on in the house for better living. Would 100% recommended.
Colton was very professional, timely, flexible and very educational. Colton showed up before the scheduled time and did a drone fly over so when my wife and I showed up it was walk through time. My wife and I are first time home buyers and this was our first home inspection. We highly recommend Kyle & sons for all your needs. Very professional, organized and communicative team. (it was very easy to book an appointment and respond fast) from booking our appointment to getting the report. Kyle was on time and answered all our questions. he took his time and we never felt rushed. we will recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful company with great customer service and knows their stuff.
