A very disappointing experience yesterday. I went in the Paddington store with my daughter who was very excited to try on some of the Kyha dresses. She was met with a woman who was unenthusiastic and seemed uninterested in my daughter’s whole experience. There was another sales assistant who was helping another bride who seemed like she was very engaged and helpful, however I felt in comparison my daughter was pushed to the side. I recently found ‘the one’ at Kyha and it was such a wonderful experience. Trinity was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and within a few minutes she seemed to really understand what I was looking for and was flexible and versatile in the styles she put me in, really helping me to find something that felt like me.
