I had a wonderful experience with Sivan who helped me find my dream dress. She went above and beyond to get the one i wanted to try on shipped from the Sydney store. Kirsty was also fantastic, giving me a call and checking in all throughout the process. I'm thrilled to have secured my dress and so excited to be a Kyha bride.
I was assisted by the beautiful Sivan at the Melbourne studio. Sivan made the experience an absolute dream come true. You imagine this moment and to have someone as beautiful as Sivan helping you through that moment is incredible. I’m so grateful to have been helped by Sivan and I cannot wait to wear my gown. Thank you so so much Sivan!
My appointment with Ruby was wonderful. She helped me find a dress that felt right for me, while making the whole experience calm, relaxed and enjoyable. She really listened to what I liked and made me feel comfortable trying different styles without any pressure. I’m so grateful for her guidance and for making such an important part of the bridal experience feel so easy and special!

The second I put it on, I just knew it was the one! The service I received was honestly unmatched, ... read more
