If I could give them 10 stars I would. Brilliant service, particularly from owner Kristain and manager Victoria who I had the pleasure of speaking to. The team was also quick and efficient and the system looks so neat! Highly recommend.
My wife and I had an extremely poor experience with KYC Airconditioning. After paying over $2,500 for a new Daikin system, it failed just a few weeks after installation. What followed was months of missed appointments, incorrect parts being ordered, and zero accountability. Multiple technician visits were cancelled with little or no notice. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Job was performed and our PowerPoint was damaged as seen in the images, air con cable covers misaligned and on top of it all, the air con stopped working on the second usage. We waited months for all this to be repaired and the communication was incredibly poor that we ended up going to fair trading as we had just paid for a faulty air conditioner and they kept cancelling visits for repair. returning from hols, we arrived home to a 30deg night in sweaty Sydney. The closest I've come to insanity, lying in that horrific heat, no fan, nothing - Aircon unit flashing, but no cold air. Victoria (aka legend) organised Jason (the diagnostic guru) to attend ON THE SAME DAY (on 13th January, when everyone else would've ordinarily been closed).
