My old air conditioning system failed on me and so I enquired with Kristian for a replacement. Pricing was most competitive and I had a great experience from quote to handover. I upgraded to a daikin, added a wifi module kit and now service more areas. Super happy with being able to control the air con when I am not home and happy that they squeezed me in before Christmas
Kristian and his team came out today for the installation of our Daikin ducted air conditioner and I can honestly say WOW what a service, they saved me this summer. They were not only professional but also had remarkable safety and hygiene measures! I had many questions and Kristian was lovely enough to answer all of them. They also left my premises neat and tidy. Great job! I would highly recommend.
Calling the level of service and workmanship from Kyc appalling is an understatement, well I can only really blame my self fooled into using them by the builder I was using, we had a full system installed from scratch (new build) from the start there work was poor from hanging units out of level to damaging pipe work I did raise it with Krystien and his reply was its all covered you don't see it, as the job went on more and more issues came to light from them drilling through a cable to wiring control panels back to front, I... read more
I’m not sure how KYC air conditioning has received such good reviews so here I am making sure the next person isn’t ripped off. After confirming the order for a Samsung unit, they changed the brand and model of the unit to a TCL without giving me a discount for the lower model, and only doing so after I asked. On the day, the installer attended the property of my tenant and did not give me a ring or any warning, then left after no response.
