BEWARE of this Dog Kennel. It seems the owner doesn't like New Customers or Large Breeds!! New Customer here trying to make a booking for the FIRST TIME, the owner had availability over the time i needed but refused my new booking because 'she likes to keep it for her existing customers' Wow Speechless!! After reading another review of this 'facility' I now see with clear eyes she doesn't like German Shepherds!!!! Sounds like she is incompetent to me! **Take your hard earned money elsewhere!** What a Joke this place is!
We've had our doggo in other kennels and she's always come back stressed and sometimes underweight. We've never had this problem with kybrook, the staff are amazing and spend time getting to know your pets and show the love towards the pets that stay there. 11/10 would recommend
