My husband and I have recently moved back to Florida, and are establishing healthcare in the region. We were referred to Dr. Thu by our insurance provider, and have been his patients for over a month now. Our interactions so far have been few, but from this short period, he has already been very focused on our healthcare, and has been more than patient with our needs. He is kind, attentive, and from my most recent visit, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We hope to be lifelong patients
Did very little discussion of mr condition. Prescription process very poor. Last three refills were delayed at least a week. Last one not only late, but also wrong medication. Time before that, script was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Doctor pulled a bp med without telling me. Spent a week trying to run that one down. No communication with me on any of these instances.
