Up from Melbourne and had an oil warning lamp go on. Rang them and Mel booked us for 11:00am same day. The oil warning was simply a case of the reminder for service not being reset last time it was serviced. They checked oil level and sent us on our way, no charge. Thanks Mel and team. Terrific country hospitality and a credit to you all.
I highly recommend this mechanical. I had an unusual noise in my wheel, and I went to the garage to ask if they had a moment to look into the problem and make sure I could continue driving safely. The staff took the time to greet me and make sure everything was okay. The price was very reasonable. Thank you again for your professionalism and honesty.
Our car broke down and had to be towed away. We called 5 different places and Kyalan was the only one that instantly took our car in and had a look at it right the next morning. We came from further away and were scared we wouldn't be able to drive home that day, but the mechanics and the woman at the reception were exceptional. Great communication, keeping us up to date and they were able to fix the car straight away. In the end it was just a broken radiator cap, which didn't cost us much at all! Absolutely can recommend!
We needed an urgent handbrake adjustment on our Toyota Landcruiser before we could continue exploring the 4x4 tracks around Mansfield VIC.
