So much is good about Kyah, including the spa, electric bikes, delicious restaurant and the decor. Unfortunately, the customer service left us reeling at every interaction. They were all unfriendly and unhelpful, which really brought down the whole experience. I wanted to suggest this as a great location for my friend's 40th for a large group, but the service makes me very reluctant. Possibly they are understaffed/overworked/there isn't a good work culture? I don't know, but it really needs working out to get that side of it... read more

Well situated in the blue mountains within easy driving distance to the main attractions, the Kyah hotel was a very enjoyable stay! The rooms are clean and stylish, with digital check in available. The facilities onsite were a lovely addition too, we utilised the hot tub which was delightful in the cold weather, and had great music playing. The games room is a fun option as well, and bike hire was also available. During our stay in the Blue Mountains, we stayed at this lovely hotel with wonderful staff, delicious food, and great facilities. For us, it was perfect. The only suggestions I would make are to include a bathrobe and flip-flops in the room for more comfortable access to the hot tub and sauna, and to add a second chair in the room so two people can sit comfortably. And, as a big darts fan, I think it would be fantastic to have a dartboard in the game room 🎯😁

I wish we had more hot tubs n make sure it's covered from the heavy rain For me that's the highlight especially in the very cold Blue Mountain weather.
