It was ok. The pictures and advertisements definitely make it seem better than it is. It’s really just an old motel with some paint and updated finishings. You access the room via an app so check-in/ check-out is completely self sufficient. Although, the app didn’t work initially but the staff were able to help. We didn’t get a parking spot on Saturday night as it seems people use the guest parking for the restaurant which isn’t ideal. For the price I’d consider other options for the future.

What a charming spot! For the price, I don't know what more I could have really asked. It's a charming location, with lots of on-site amenities, plus access to Blaq - which was fantastic. All staff were very friendly, and an easy drive to plenty of mountains spots. I think we'll almost definitely choose to stay there again.

The stay is great. Just beware of the scam: We checked out from this hotel (which we enjoyed a lot) last week and keep receiving emails and sms notifying of a new reservation with no dates. The sender has a suspicious email address that bounced upon replying. It seems evident that their reaction system has been compromised by and are sending out phishing emails pretending they came from the hotel. I contacted the hotel but obtained no responses so I'll alert future guests of the hotel here...

Absolutely superb. I can’t recommend this place enough. We originally booked the hotel just so we could dine at Blaq, so I wasn’t expecting much from the stay itself. But wow, this place is a true hidden gem. I’m obsessed. They have a private court where you can play tennis or basketball, and you book it exclusively so there’s no sharing with other guests. The same goes for the hot tub, completely private. And the sauna, oh my gosh. Unreal. You can reserve 30-minute private sessions, which makes the whole experience feel so ... read more

The venue is aesthetically pleasing, amenities such as the arcade, hot tub are a great touch. However, the rooms are not cleaned properly. 12 dead flies on the windowsill, blood stain on the pillow. The pillows are horrendously uncomfortable, the hand wash and body wash were watered down (clearly almost finished and topped up with water to make last). Upon arrival greeted by friendly staff however when calling to confirm check in and such had a rude woman on the phone.
