The venue is aesthetically pleasing, amenities such as the arcade, hot tub are a great touch. However, the rooms are not cleaned properly. 12 dead flies on the windowsill, blood stain on the pillow. The pillows are horrendously uncomfortable, the hand wash and body wash were watered down (clearly almost finished and topped up with water to make last). Upon arrival greeted by friendly staff however when calling to confirm check in and such had a rude woman on the phone.
Wow. What a fantastic experience staying at Kyah. The room was just lovely. The staff Jess, Gigi, Andrew and Pepe were all so accomodating and friendly from the moment we arrived. The facilities like the sauna, games room, tennis & basketball court and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind. Also, a beautiful garden with chickens and nice areas to sit. We also dined in their BLAQ restaurant and the cocktails and food were just 10/10. Thanks so much guys. A&A
Lovely accommodation in a great location. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed both my stays. Love that this place is dog friendly, brought my dog on the second stay and it was so nice to bring him with us. The rooms have a modern touch, beds are comfy, and good amenities. The place as a whole still has the look and feel of an older style motel but the renovation to bring it into the stylish contemporary interior it has become is very good. It’s classy, clean lines and functional. The restaurant - as noted in other reviews - is on the pricier end but it’s good food and service. I was a little disappointed in this stay as the photos made this place look a lot nicer but in reality it gave motel vibes. The interior was actually decent with an art deco style. Our showerhead was broken which was annoying but not really a deal breaker as we were only here for a quick stay for a wedding. The part that I really didn’t love was the bugs!
