Had my mower booked in to get looked at today (Monday), had called on Wednesday to confirm they would be open as Tuesday is a holiday and they said they would be there until 5pm. I pulled up at 3:20 to find them closed... don't live in town so it was a massive waste of time and fuel to bring the mower in for no reason. A heads up would have been nice if you had changed your mind last minute about being open. Will have to take it elsewhere as they aren't open Saturdays either to bring it in
Highly recommend this store. Stopped in there to buy a chainsaw on recent camping trip. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff even purchased some new motorbike gear for my son whilst I was in there.

The Team at Kyabram Motorcycles and Mowers have been nothing but helpful, and courteous in recent dealings. I was given straightforward, and honest answers, to any questions I had. They also gave me advice on what equipment, was best suited to my situation. No up selling on equipment, that would be pointless for me. As a woman, I can definitely say, I found this open attitude, refreshing. I have not hesitation in recommending, Jimmy or his staff to our local community. Thank you, and see you again.
