I would give 6 stars if I could! I put an inquiry in on a 2026 Viking 18DBS because it was a light way unit with an U shaped dinette and a fair price and got a call back shortly thereafter, even though it was late in the evening. After talking with Stephen a few times, I made a plan to fly down from Alaska to check out the dealership. Great experience with Tom who made the purchasing process super easy. Shout out to Jeff for getting my travel trailer ready and giving me a good walkthrough and pointers on cars for it. Overall a great experience and friendly staff.
I bought my first RV today and was so happy with the service I received. Jeff is an amazing employee. The walk around he gave was great and you can tell he cares about people. The sales team were respectful and down to earth. I had shopped around a bit before buying and this place was hands down the best customer service. The prices seem to be better than most places I have been as well.
Looking to downsize from our 27 ft camper, my husband and I spotted a row of compact, but adorable Coachman Clippers while driving by Bud's RV World in Madisonville KY. We pulled into the parking lot and got out to take a look, expecting to be approached immediately by (most likely pushy) salespeople, but instead, were allowed to browse the inventory on our own.
