Working with Shelby has been great. The dealer did some repair work on a camper we didn’t even purchased there and the hole team was so helpful after we lost a tire found a item that was missing they left it unlocked after we locked it to replace a hub and two of the other three rims were lose the one wa lost the ones left appeared to be over tighten with an impact no really response from them because they apparently don’t care

Since Buds had my review took down, I will repost once again! Leased an RV from Buds and was going through a separation. Called several times regarding the Payment being made and management kept giving me the run around so me and my daughter went to Buds to see if we could resolve the issue, mind you my name is on the lease so why could they not just give me the information I was asking for? as soon as we entered the building we met Stephen Ruby and Salesman Brock who immediately became hostile with us, they got in our faces... read more
Bought an RV here and am going through a divorce, tried for days to verify if the camper payment had been made by my spouse or not and just kept getting the run around so I went in to speak with the manager Stephen Ruby, and he immediately became hostile towards me for coming in there. the sales man Brock also became hostile towards me and they stated yelling at me, I had to call the police to come down there and mediate all because I needed to find out if a payment was made or not.
