I went in for my first ultrasound today, I am a first time mom and have already had many issues with just rude and condescending nurses and receptionists. Prior to the appointment I was not informed that I would be getting an internal ultrasound. I was not informed about this until I was in the room and they were asking me to undress for the procedure. They've moved to Flaget. APRN Geron is absolutely terrible at her job. Was too worried about what was going on with her husband's business than she was getting my medicine sent to the pharmacy. Was seen on a Friday so by the time I realized my medicine wasn't sent to the pharmacy, I had to wait until Monday for a response and to get my medicine filled.
