Staff was efficient, very knowledgeable and considerate.
I love this place. The audiologists and staff could not be any friendlier. I left feeling well informed with options to consider in a program made for me! I highly recommend.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience this week. His hearing aids were not working out and he has pretty severe hearing loss. KY Hearing tested him and then went through our options - one of which was to immediately put new receivers in his current aids and make a couple of other adjustments. It turns out that he was only getting maybe 30% of the power that he needed from the old receiver.
