We had our deck refinished by Ky Construction They did a terrific job. We are very happy with it. Kamber was very easy to deal with. He responded to most questions within a day, if not a couple of hours by email. The quote was very reasonable compared to others we had. They replaced a couple of sections of plywood that had water damage and rot and then coated it with new vinyl. We would definitely recommend them if you have a patio that needs work.
We needed our deck redone after 25 years, contacted Ky construction and kamber responded quickly and came to the house to inspect and measure to deliver a professional quote. I recently contacted this company for a quote on replacing the worn and damaged vinyl surface of both my front and rear decks. Kamber quickly arranged to meet with me, review what had to be done and give me a professional quote for the repair work.
