I was EXTREMELY happy with the service and my hair exceeded my expectations! I wish I could give them 10 stars ! My hair was PERFECT in every way and they were fast. I am now a lifelong customer.
The staff become ruder overtime and they’re very ignorant and money hungry! I came for a single braids months ago. They did a good job after coming back a few times the service was bad and the braids DID NOT last two weeks. They’ve treated me so horribly and I can’t believe that that’s how they treat paying customers. I will never ever return and do not recommend going here. The negative energy and mistreatment that they’ve given me and others will return to them tenfold .
I came in for some knotless braids, there were two braiders in the shop. I was told my hair wasn’t long enough for knotless. Okay that’s fine what other braid options do I have ? The older woman told me my hair wasn’t long enough for ANY type of braid style and refused me service even though the younger woman said it was. My curl pattern is super tight so if she had taken the time to stretch my hair out she would’ve seen she was mistaken.
