I’ve been here multiple times for braids to include senegalese and honestly its a great shop. If you know you want a style like boho or any small braids come as soon as they open so you dont have to leave a bad review because you want them to rush.
If I could give zero stars I would. To start, if you have to get your hair braided by the fair skin woman who is on the thicker side, ask for someone else. She will complain like it’s not her job. They also did not have color 4 (a very common color) available for braiding hair. I asked if I can get it from the local beauty supply & have my service discounted. Don't have anything to do for the rest of the day. The braider i had braid slow as hell! Missed my son's birthday celebration. Came at 2pm didn't leave until 10:15 pm. For Fulani braids mid back. A style that shouldn't have taken no more than 5 hours (i had it done before in the time frame). Wasn't communicated that mixed color was extra. Completely dissatisfied. Should have stuck to Nadine's.
Horrible experience. Did not get serviced. The employees were arguing. I asked how much a style was. They completely ignored me and then I called in on the phone to speak to a manager and no one was able to assist me and they act like nothing was wrong with the issue so I kindly hung up and said I would never come to this establishment again.
