Very unprofessional didn’t tell me the FULL price until I got up here, I discussed that I couldn’t do that price and the owner told me it was fine and that I can do a certain amount then when I get back in the chair the lady looks at me confused refused to do my hair until I payed then when she washed my hair the water wasn’t working so she had to rinse my hair with a cup and was spilling it all over my face! Just being careless it seems to me she didn’t know how to wash hair too NEVER AGAIN ! Don’t waste your $$$
First they tried to tell me a different price then what I was told yesterday.the first picture is my head the 2nd is what I wanted .not the same size parts aren’t straight.Then the lady that was doing my hair is sick .wasted my boho hair but I wasn’t about to waste $250 on that!
I came in for small knotless and Anne did my hair. She was nice and her braids and parts were very neat. Best I’ve ever had
I had a very unprofessional, disorganized, unsettling experience from the moment I was sat down..DO NOT RECOMMEND! I’ll stay with the ol reliable Nadine’s or Magic fingers braiding
Me & my daughter had an amazing experience getting our hair braided it was my first time and it won’t be my last! Customer service is great shop is clean and big staff was friendly and I LOVE MY HAIR!! I got tribal braids with beads my daughter got stitch braids with zig zag parts!! 10/10 I highly recommend Ky African Hair Braiding!!
