Rachel Ray is very disrespectful to non-Italian cuisines. I heard her deliberately mispronounce Jambalaya. She acknowledged that she knew the correct pronunciation but she was going to say it the way she wanted to say it anyway. This coming from a culture that acquired their entire cuisine from other people's. Arrogant and very disrespectful. Not to mention her completely low quality dinnerware. Steer clear of anything to do with Rachel.

Being a huge fan of the Rachael Ray show I assumed that the quality would be of high standards. I was wrong. 2 yrs of barely using the 12 pc Red cookware set they are now warped and discolored. The lids don't fit right because the pots are warped. They don't sit flat on my flat top stove. I was excited to purchase all red cookware set because it's my favorite color. I bought them red, and now they are more like an orange color. The non-stick coating bubbled up and I'm afraid to use them. The handles on all them are too thin ... read more
