They are doing my bookkeeping and all other tax services for my business around 3 years so far. I never had any problems yet.
Worst CPA experience ever. Apart from their unprofessional conduct and unwillingness to work with me during my departure from working with their firm, they directly took money from my account without my approval and without notice for service that was not done. When I requested for a refund since service was not done and I decided to move onto another CPA, lady at the firm said that she wouldn't be able to refund the full amount. Had excellent experience. Kwon and his team provided very kind and professional help from start to finish. The cost was affordable. I will definitely use Kwon's services again. Highly recommended.
Worst CPA I have ever used. If I could give zero stars... I mean minus stars, I would. Dishonest practice and full of lies. CPA hasn't been around for long and inexperienced. Customer service is horrible and they cannot keep their employees for long. CPA simply doesn't have experience and knowledge to get you the best return. Go to other places and save headache. I am never using this CPA again.
