UPDATE (5/25/2026) Since our first visit, we have now revisited Kwok's every single time we visit Renoux, which means we have dined with them another half dozen times and so can definitely say that they are our favorite Chinese restaurant in the world...and quick possibly might be our favorite restaurant of any kind in the world. They are simply excellent! They will turn you away if you don't have reservations. They have two tables and there is no way they served 10 people without reservations.

I’ve driven by this place a hundred times and finally stopped in. Glad I did. The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. The menu has a lot of great options, and everything we tried was really good. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and one I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good meal downtown.
Very friendly and considerate staff! Authentic food. Reservations only. Egg drop soup not spicy enough, but great flavor. Roast duck was 50% bones. :( Best Honeyed Prawns I’ve ever had. Kinda expensive, but worth trying. Full of regulars and staff who’ve worked there a long time.
