I work at UHN and their office called to follow up on an appointment. I wasn't able to help her as she had been transferred incorrectly but the receptionist was incredibly rude. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if I were a sick patient looking for help. Do NOT recommend.
Called them for patient inquiry. The front desk lady was extremely RUDE. "If you are not a patient here then why you are calling?!" And she just hung up the phone!! Firstly what kind of logic was that, secondly what kind of service was that!
