I purchased my shades From Kenneth W Johnson with KWJ-Consultant with Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens in Houston, Tx. Kenneth guarantee he would assist with any problem or issues with the product. After a few weeks of use bolts came off, two of my screen came apart, one won’t stop without cutting the power. Kenneth had someone to come out twice but the problems continued.
