I brought my cat Felix to Kwinana Vet Hospital today and had a really disappointing experience with one of the male vets. He wasn’t our usual vet—we normally see the female vets there and they’re always kind, gentle, and actually engage with our cat and giving them treats. This time felt completely different. We really trust the Kwinana Vet Hospital with the care of our dogs. All the staff are great, very welcoming, we really feel heard when we have a health problem with one of our dogs to discuss/treat. They always explain things clearly and concisely so that we understand. I highly recommend them.
