The staff are Fantastic!! They looked after my Dane,x. He left in a happy relaxed mood!!

Some of the staff there r rude and they recked my dogs harness tried to tell me he chewed it my dog is old and it definitely was cut with blunt scissors wasn’t happy don’t think I will return him
I have been taking my cats here since I moved from New Zealand in 2022. I recently adopted a third cat and also have been bringing him here. They are always so accommodating and nothing is ever an issue. I've always had my pets needs met and whatever my cat is dealing with, they get to the bottom of it swiftly. I called this morning because my kitten was unwell, they fit me in within the hour and got straight onto what needed to be done.
