Whilst being very sensitive to light and noise in immense pain and just feeling unwell I waited in the waiting area for an hour to see a doctor. When I finally got to see one I was told I had a viral infection. No antibiotics would help that. No pain relief was given. Excellent service for over fifty years. Staff are always polite and the professionals are on time. I guess you get what you give out
Receptionist Anne is lovely and Dr Emily is a fantastic Doctor and a rare find !
Some really good doctors as well as the nurses. Require Stitches? A quick trip to the doctor's instead if the emergency room, Cheers Guys!
Extremely rude, show no compassion or respect! Manager not helpful at all! And they gave us a certificate with another patients name on. Oh dear Dr Williams!!
