I have rang 17 times this morning since 759am trying to cancel an appt for later this morning i sat on hold for 20 mins nobody is answering
Rude Unprofessional Didn't even write up my script or the script gets written out or my medical certificate is done wrong 2 times
Whilst being very sensitive to light and noise in immense pain and just feeling unwell I waited in the waiting area for an hour to see a doctor. When I finally got to see one I was told I had a viral infection. No antibiotics would help that. No pain relief was given. Told to take Nurofen and Panadol which we all know only works to an extent. i walked out of there feeling worse than what I did and would have been better just to stay home, not rely on a doctor who doesn't want to treat their patients even though that's what t... read more
Excellent service for over fifty years. Staff are always polite and the professionals are on time. I guess you get what you give out
