Excellent service for over fifty years. Staff are always polite and the professionals are on time. I guess you get what you give out
Receptionist Anne is lovely and Dr Emily is a fantastic Doctor and a rare find !
Some really good doctors as well as the nurses. Require Stitches? A quick trip to the doctor's instead if the emergency room, Cheers Guys!
Extremely rude, show no compassion or respect! Manager not helpful at all! And they gave us a certificate with another patients name on. Oh dear Dr Williams!!
Rude rude rude receptionist. Third time talking with this thing. Rude and won’t listen. Hung up on me when I tried to explain that a phone call was not enough to cover my physical appointments that was cancelled twice by them. Mentioned I’d fallen and landed on my bulging disk and needed a physical. She hung up on me after telling me “ I’ve called lots of people this morning to rearrange their appointments and you’re the only person who is giving me any attitude” Well no!!
