Have previously rated this clinic when seeing Dr Lee who was very caring. Told he was finding the workload too much which I can understand and had moved to a ‘quieter’ clinic. In place I saw Dr Mah who is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable Dr, though I did have a number of things to discuss he said he would need a much longer consult time to cover them. He dealt with most issues anyway so in the end I was happy seeing Dr Mah.
Its a pretty standard doctors clinic... Wait times can be bothersome but the staff are friendly and very accommodating.
Patients care is something of the past with this clinic. Its no wonder they can barely keep doctors within the clinic and its beginning to show with patient care. Reception staff are not happy and it shows with they interact with paitents as well. If it wasn't for the fact ive been bound to the clinic with a written contract i would leave.
