Please fix the suction of vacuum for second bay, its only 20% active. It wasn’t very useful this trip. Hopefully next time it will be better. Thank you
visited Bentley location on 1 July 2025 at around 10:30 AM and paid $20 for the Ultimate Wash. Unfortunately, the result was quite disappointing. My car was not excessively dirty—it had not been off-road or covered in mud—yet it came out noticeably unclean, unlike the usual standard I’ve experienced in the past. This is not what I expected from the Ultimate Wash service.
I've used brushed automated car washes before and have had minor scratches over the car, so using a non brushless carwash has been great! The $20 car wash does a great job, but I never get my car to the point where it's extremely dirty. I've also used the hand brushes for car washing, would be better if $1 actually went for a minute. Likewise with the vacuuming. I've been to other car wash services where you get more time with your money.
Spent $15 on a auto car wash and my car is still filthy, I'm not happy, waste of money
