This company purchased this property 2 years ago. They have raised the rent 4 times since purchasing. As an existing customer I have not been offered the option of auto payments. They promised to make improvements to the units and the property. The security lights do not work, the driveway is not well maintained. So far I have nit seen any changes to the property except for a huge sign promising well maintained and secure units and raised rent.

Needed a storage unit quick and they came through. Easy sign up, cancel anytime. Friendly customer service, they actually want to help with any questions. Within an hour, I had the unit and my daughter started using it..... 👍🏻👍🏻

Nick and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with this past year 10/10 would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a unit in this area their prices are VERY affordable and the late fees are even more user friendly experience may differ based on unit size but overall for my family this facility has made life extremely comfortable and easy good work guys
