I have been a loyal customer of this place for the past 7 years, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. During my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee working in the small shop, whose name I believe is Poll. When I addressed a concern, he responded by saying that nothing that happens outside of his shop matters to him. I found this response very unprofessional and disrespectful. the guy that works there named paul literally stole money from me yesterday. refused to check the camera which would show exactly how much change he gave me & told me to come back to speak with the boss today. who wasnt here today. extremely unprofessional and honestly disgusting the way I was spoken to. you’d think if I was trying to pull a fast one it would be more than $15 do NOT hand anything but exact change to the counter and make sure you’re recording when you do!
Open 24hours? Not this morning (Saturday) cones up everywhere blocking driveway and bays. Wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t go out of my way to get here. Hoped to clean mats and undercarriage of pickup after the winter. What are the real hours?
