Not my first bad experience at this location but cmon what has Kwik trip come to? Cashier had 2XL gloves on and a mask. (Whatever on the mask he must be sick?) the gloves seem a little unnecessary, maybe just use hand sanitizer like everyone else. Besides the point this specific cashier gave a solid 10 second effort before giving up on scanning the WI Lottery code from my phone. Straight up told me it’s not going to work. Really? Where do I start? Minimum effort PM shift employees? Cleanness? Where are the kwik trip standards? Not here tell you that. Definitely worst KT in existence. Do not go here
I have stopped here for coffee two to three times almost every day for the past two years. But with a 10% increase in price, I will be taking a few extra minutes in the morning to make my own. The staff consistently has trouble meeting the (not unreasonable) morning demand for hot food. This is evident by the number of hamburger options that sit in the mornings, while the breakfast sandwiches are empty during the busier times. Always crammed, hard to get in and out quickly.
Kwik trip has become a joke. Gas on in monona, wi is constantly $.10 higher than any other gas station. I can go to two different gas stations within two miles and save $.20 without having any rewards program. Kwik trip sucks! Food is now over priced for what it is and most times the bathroom are not even clean. What a sad state of affairs.
