Abby is horrible. All the managers at this location are horrible. They yell at employees in front of everyone and start fights with customers. Yesterday I watched her scream at a customer long enough for the people in line, myself included, to put our selections back and walk out. We went elsewhere to make our purchase. The GM is an idiot for not realizing this and replacing these managers. This is the only kwikTrip that I've ever been to that is ran so horribly by its management team. Disrespectful when closing rushing me when I didn’t know they closed at 10 pm then took a literal ITEM OUT OF MY HAND pathetic place
This Kwik trips hot food selection is better than any of the madison locations. Thumbs up for that.
