Wife took our CTS in for an oil change 2000 miles ago. Started noticing that the car was acting funny. Come to behold, that there wasn't any oil registering on the dipstick. Will not give them any future business.
I had taken all my vehicles for servicing and inspections to the Kwik Kar on Valley Mills Drive for 12 years. They were always courteous and customer friendly. That all changed in June. My granddaughter needed an oil change and inspection so I took her there to have it done. She was told it wouldn't pass inspection because a bulb in her taillight was burned out.
