Not answering phone poor customer service
So disappointed with my 2023 taxes, i submitted my papers to be reviewed since February, weeks after deadline I called several times to make sure I wasn’t missing any information and I was told my taxes were going to be filed on time. Deadline came and I had no answer to my calls or emails. I’m so disappointed that nobody could text me letting me know that my paperwork wasn’t ready, I missed the deadline just because I trusted this company.
