Definitely the B Team as far as the 2 available wash shops in the area go. The kids working here seem to not give a single crap about their jobs. I just got a wash and one kid sprayed my car for a grand total of 3 seconds and I'm not exaggerating. Kinda nuts this isn't being addressed by management considering this is a known issue with this shop.
This is a story about 2 employees named Matt and Josh that went out of their way at the Camdenton location today. First I should point out that I'm a carwash member. Unfortunately, I blew a tire stem coming out of the carwash. I pulled into the nearest vacuum stall and called them to let them know that I was occupying their stall. Within a couple minutes Matt and Josh came out w a hydraulic jack and lug wrench made my life much easier. They also called Big O tire and had them waiting for me to repair my stem.
