If I could give a 0 Star I would. I had a membership to this car wash for about 6 months. Almost every time I came in, they couldn’t get my vehicle completely clean. They offered me a half-price full detail if I had a membership. Well, I brought my vehicle in for a full detail. After they were done with it, I drove off and looked at it when I got home. This place has really gone down hill. The machines need to be completely redone. The owner doesn’t seem to care that the place is falling apart. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is that they hand dry the cars. I have been a customer for years and will have to go somewhere else if something is not done soon.
Rudy was not only incredibly kind, he made sure to take care of me and my mother’s car 100% and was completely attentive to exactly what I asked for. Thanks Rudy! You made my experience nice and I will want to make an account here and come back!
