I went this morning to have the oil changed in my truck. I was met in front by a young man telling me it would he could take my truck at that time and be done in 30 min. I stated great I had a meeting at 11 and went next door for something to eat. 40 minutes later I returned. He informed me of a couple things that were needed and I declined. 15 minutes later he came to inform me he had lost the lid to my brake fluid container.. I have never been more disappointed. First off the young man greeted me out front told me the oil change would take maybe 30 minutes. I went next-door grab something to eat. Came back. It had been 40 minutes. 15 minutes later he came to tell me he had lost the lid to my brake fluid. I was there a total of an hour and 20 minutes not once did a manager come to say they were sorry there was no discount to the oil change price. The young man did apologize but nothing else was done. I felt something should have been discounted.
